Service Agreement

Note: Trial, contract customers and staff members, please disregard our standard rates as stated below

The Advertiser agrees to make use of the job portal – JobSupermart.com to post Job Ads and to do Resume Search subject to the following terms:

  1. Adhere and comply to all applicable laws in Singapore in respect to the provision of the Service.
  2. Shall not use the job seekers’ information other than for legal employment purposes. Unauthorised use of database which is not consistent with the Company’s privacy policy and terms of use is strictly prohibited.
  3. Be solely responsible for safeguarding the user ID’s and/or password for service access.
  4. To pay the company promptly according to the terms and rates agreed upon.
  5. The Advertiser shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless at all times against any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service by the Advertiser.
  6. The Company reserves the right to reject or modify job ads that are untrue, misleading or discriminatory in nature.
  7. To adhere to the Non Discriminatory ads guidelines set by the MOM.

A) Job Ad Posting (60 Days) at $50/= each.

 B) Saved Resume (New & Improved) …at $10/= each

NOTE

The Advertisers must have a minimum of (1) active job ad posting  
in order to do Resume Saved/Alert.
Above are Special Rates for our old and new clients. These rates are subject to periodic reviews and may change after 3 months.
There is no charge for employer registration and general browsing.
Resume request made which are not “Saved” will not be billed.
Each Job Ad posting shall be active for 60 days.
Each Job Ad comes with 1 Free Repost which will expire 60 days from date of original posting.
All deleted entries for Job Postings & Saved Resume will be billed.
When using Job Alert, User should not indicate email/Tel no under the Job Description/Requirements/Remarks field.
 
The Advertiser may open 1 or more accounts with different Ids for use within the company.

Invoice shall be made out based on total number of job ad postings & Resume Saved by the Advertiser. The total amount due is payable upon receipt of invoice.
