Responsibilities

• To plan, conceptualize and execute promotional/marketing campaigns in all platforms including promotion execution, site and storefront layouts for new campaigns and product launches, banners and general content creation
• Champion the continuous improvement of the cross-channel customer journey and communication touchpoints to drive conversion
• Managing campaigns across different channels and inventory management to optimise maximum returns
• Understanding the intricacies of customer journey and site optimisation to identify opportunities to increase conversion through data driven decisions.
• Analyse the effectiveness of ecommerce marketing & advertising budget by channel to maximize ROI
• Understand P&L & inventory management for the ecommerce channels
• Maintain good relationship with marketplaces to constantly improve brand's performance and exposure

Requirements

• Degree in Business / E-Commerce / Marketing, or its equivalent
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce Management and / or Marketing
• Possess solid experience managing campaigns across different channels
• Data-driven and curious to learn more about customer behaviour and key purchase drivers
• Working knowledge in Salesforce Commerce Cloud advantageous
• Good understanding of performance media management, marketing and brand building
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
