Responsibilities

• To assist in planning, scheduling and executing site activities and project/site supervision
• To manage lift installations and ensure that project completed within scheduled time frame.
• To coordinate the delivery of equipment & other materials till the hand-over to the relevant parties
• To conduct Risk Management for the project
• To attend site meetings & handle site matters/issues
• To handle AutoCAD drawings
• Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superiors

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in site coordination/project management in the construction or lift / elevator industry
• Possess a bizSAFE Level 2 certification
• Good experience in Risk Assessment
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills in AutoCAD Software
