Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialist in the general repair and upgrading of lifts.
• Conduct routine inspections of lift systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
• Overseeing and planning lift testing and maintenance in compliance with statutory requirements. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of lift systems and prevent downtime
• Handle lift and escalator contracts renewal.

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on working experience in lift servicing & maintenance
• Good organizational with proven supervisory expertise
• Ability to handle pressure and work challenging lead times
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
