Job Description:

• Preparation for Import /Export shipping documentations (Sea Freight).
• Handle customs declaration & Tradenet operations.
• Coordination between internal offices / agents & clients for orders follow-ups.
• Provide excellent and timely internal or external customer service related to shipment status/coordination.
• Co-loader for booking shipments, transporter to arrange shipment pick up and also customer for shipment booking.

Job Requirement:

• At least 'O'/Diploma in Shipping will be an added advantage
• Min 1 year of experience in freight forwarder / Logistics
• Able to start work immediately.
• Preferably staying around East area.
• Good communication skills.
