Job Description:

• Responsible for chemical testing food sample in the Laboratory in accordance with standard methods.
• To perform nutritional analysis of food, analysis for preservatives, additives etc.
• As quality system pertaining to SAC-Singlas accreditation.
• Responsible for microbiological testing of food, water sample in laboratory in accordance of standard methods.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in DPT(Food / Option) / Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related etc.
• 1-2 years working experience in Microbiology Laboratory would be advantageous.
• Strong technical backgroud in microbiological analysis of food or food hygiene / safety.
• Graduating students are welcome to apply as training is provided.
• Able to work well with a group of Technical Officer and Microbiologist.
