• Design, publish, implement and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for products and projects according to customer requirements and Company standards.
• Review mill certificates for incoming materials
• Conduct pre-shipment inspection
• Collect relevant records and reports (e.g. Non destructive examination reports), and key these data into system.
• Facilitate projects by working with customers, Third Party Inspectors and operational personnel to develop & review ITPs, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Data Book and other quality related documentations as required.
• Maintain and ensure the quality system is kept current to audit status, government regulations, industry standards and Customer requirements.
• Ensure that the quality assurance and quality control programs are reviewed and revised to reflect the currency of activities.
• Establish standards and best practices, and verify quality systems through internal audits.

• Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing environment, preferably in fabrication/ welding environment
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Analysis tools
• Background in oil and gas or shipbuilding industry would be advantageous
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications]
• Able to start work immediately/short notice period
