Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
The sucessful candidate will be reporting to the Head of International and Project Division
Manage & ensure smooth operations of the company’s chain of retail outlets and sales operations;
Ensures operations adhere to company policies and operating standards;
Design training program to further develop and enforce customer service, teamwork, supervisory and motivation skills;
Liaise with various depts on marketing, A&P, human resources & logistics issues;
Review current sales performance and responsible for overall sales performance;
Update all matters to the MD & Head of International & Project Division;
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration/Retail Management
Minimum 5-8 years experience in managing multi-store retail operations
Those with experience in store and inventory management, store merchandising and marketing would be an added advantage
Possess strong leadership and people management skills
Possess own transport and able to travel outstation
Salary from S$5K - S$8K (with commission and target incentive)
