Candidate will be required to handle both sales and purchasing co-ordination work.

 

With Sales, candidate will attend to customers' inquiries/orders/complaints; liaise with production planners on production schedules for orders received, prepare quotations and process sales orders, raise POs, make delivery arrangements; issuance of invoices using SAP system.

 

With Purchasing, candidate will co-ordinate with production on raw supplies required for orders received, liaise with principal suppliers, obtain relevant quotations for supplies needed, process POs and monitor timely delivery of supplies.

 

Candidates must possess strong co-ordination skills and has a penchant for multi-tasking and takes pride in working in a challenging environment. Those with some shipping and logistics experiences will have added advantage.
