Job Description/ Requirement

Responsibilities: You will respond to customer queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers' needs. Your responsibilities also include cross selling of banking products and delivering prompt, efficient and quality service to customers. ** OUR CLIENT IS NOT IN THE INSURANCE/PROPERTY INDUSTRY** Requirements:

  • Relevant telemarketing experience with proven sales track record is a plus
  • Good knowledge in Financial and Banking products
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good telephone skills
