Job Responsibilities:

• In charge/ Supervision of Regional Accounts & consolidation of accounting entities.
• Handle full set of accounts including GST returns, tax matters and audit matters
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
• Manage cash flow and credit control of customers
• Ensure timely preparation of financial management reports
• Familiar with UBS Accounting and Stock Control
• Advise management with analysis, planning and assist in executing corporate goals

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing full set accounts and relevant experience as an “Accountant”, those with CPA will be an added advantage
• Some experience in managing group accounts and handling company secretarial matters would be preferred.
• Proficient in Accounting software, MS Office and IT skills
• Ideally from wholesale, retail & manufacturing industries
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PR status
• Confident in communicating with personnel from different departments

• Office location: Kallang Sector, nearest MRT: Aljunied, Potong Pasir.
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday – Friday (9.30am – 6.30pm) Saturday (9.30am – 1.00pm)
• Salary: S$3,500 to S$5,000 based on experience & position
