  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Business Administration relevant field
    • At least 2 years' experience as a sales coordinator or in other
    • administrative positions will be considered
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Speaks good English and good writing skills
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)

    DUTIES:

    1. Provide secretarial support to General Manager
    2. Coordinate and manage schedules, filing important documents and
    3. communicating relevant information
    4. Respond to feedbacks from customers and give after-sales support
    5. when requested
    6. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    7. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose
    8. improvements
