    Position Description

    • Responsible to Global Customer Service Centre incoming email and phone call
    • Providing Level 1 technical support via email and phone call
    • Assist to provide following up and quotation for follow-up cases
    • Monitoring and assigning fault ticket to service engineer

     

     

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in Audio Visual industry
    • Knowledge of operating audio visual equipment
    • Strong Communication Skills in English
    • Strong in Microsoft Office
    • On job training provided
    • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
