    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Diploma/Degree qualification in HR or L & D preferred in Logistics Industry At least 3 years relevant experience in Training & Development Role.
    • History of personal professional development in learning & Development discipline.
    • Ability conducting Training Need Analysis
    • Good facilitation, coordination skills and training skills for a specific group size of attendees.
    • Good Interpersonal Communication skills
    • Certified Internal Quality Health and Safety Auditor ( ISO 9001:2000 & OHSAS 18001:2007)

    DUTIES:

    1. Manage and co-ordinate employee orientation for new recruits and classroom training.
    2. Enrolment of external training, seminar or conference.
    3. Administer & Identify Company Annual Training Need Analysis (TNA)
    4. Process training fee and timely payment.
    5. Provide monthly training reports and quarterly updates.
    6. Develop and implement in-house training program such as OJT, supervisory course, training plan and OJT evaluation.
    7. Ensure all training as identified is planned for by working with all Department heads.
    8. Conduct training needs analysis and prepare training plan. Monitor and coordinate yearly training and development budget.
    9. Contribute the delivery of effective training courses by liaising with external training providers, administrating process and providing facilitation to meet Work Process needs.
    10. Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance System (ISO/OHSAS) relevant to the business unit in accordance to the external and internal audit requirement.
    11. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
