    • Quality checking and formatting of draft survey reports on a daily basis.
    • Print, scan and bind approved final survey reports and arrange for despatch to insured / consignee / customer / client on a daily basis.
    • Ensure scan and soft document of approved final survey reports are filed in running order and correctly named to their respective Drives and Folders for easy retrieval on a weekly basis.
    • Timely and accurately raise invoice to be included in approved final survey report to insurer / consignee / customer on a daily basis.
    • Summarize and tally calculation for dept. revenue for submission to HOD for monthly consolidation and verification.
    • Job duties as a receptionist, greeting guests/visitors in a friendly, polite manner, escort them to the conference room and serving them with beverages.
    • Answer, take down messages and route incoming phone calls to the right party in a professional manner and in accordance to the company’s policy guideline on a daily basis.
    • Answer standard / simple enquiries from customer and cascade complex issues to superior to achieve customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
    •  To support Head of HR & Admin in timely and accurately perform assigned administrative work as and when required.
