    JOB PURPOSE
    To timely and accurately perform professional documentation in accordance to the company standard and guidelines and to meet customers’ expectations.


    (1) Admin Cum Accounts Assistant
    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Diploma graduate preferred.
    • Pleasant and Polite with good telephone etiquette.
    • Proficient in written & spoken English.
    • To laisie with Mandarin speaking clients when needed.
    • Keying in of expenses into Quickbooks.
    • Issue invoices from Quickbooks.
    • Issue cheques.
    • Filing of relevant documents.
    • Petty cash control.
    • Tracking of staff leaves, etc.
    • Answering email and phone queries from client side (usually sales account department).
    • Other admin duties as per assigned.

    (2) Customer Service/Admin
    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Diploma graduate preferred.
    • Pleasant and Polite with good telephone etiquette.
    • Proficient in written & spoken English.
    • To laisie with Mandarin speaking clients when needed.
    • Quality control of (Smart Cards).
    • Supervise packers.
    • Ensure all orders are completed on-time.
    • Generate Do's and quotation.
    • Update Excel Worksheet.
    • Photoshop skill are essential.
    • We print smart cards.

    Salary to be discussed during interview.
    Dress-code: Office Attire
    Working Hours: 9 to 6 pm (Mon to Fri).
    Overtime: N.A. -not needed.
    Office: Walking distance from MacPherson MRT
