  • Responsibilities

    To plan & establish annual regional marketing strategy and plans in line with budget to drive & implement regional marketing initiatives that are aligned with company strategy and goal. Details as follows:-

     

    Regional Marketing

    • Plan & establish annual regional marketing strategy and plans in line with budget and resource requirements and company goals
    • Drive and implement regional marketing initiatives that are aligned with company strategy and vision Ex) ATL, BTL, On-line, exhibition, In-store management and so on
    • Develop differentiated and cost effective marketing activities for key products and working closely with stakeholders such as SEA subsidiaries, HQ and marketing agency
    • Analyze, plan, manage and handling of expenses of all regional marketing programs (both internal and external).
    • Provide support for SEA subsidiary’s marketing activities and perform consulting roles to subsidiary marketing areas
    • Regularly monitor and provide ongoing support for the timely execution of the action plans established by SEA Representative and subsidiaries

     

    Corporate Marketing

    • Plan & establish annual corporate strategy and plans in line with budget and resource requirements and company goals
    • Drive, implement, support corporate marketing initiatives that are aligned with company strategy and vision Ex) CSR, Korean wave, K-POP, F1, Sports marketing and so on
    • Develop differentiated and cost effective corporate marketing activities and working closely with stakeholders such as SEA subsidiaries, HQ and marketing agency
    • Analyze, plan, manage and handling of expenses of all corporate marketing programs (both internal and external).
    • Provide support for SEA subsidiary’s marketing activities and perform consulting roles to subsidiary marketing areas
    • Regularly monitor and provide ongoing support for the timely execution of the action plans established by SEA Representative and subsidiaries

     

    Internal Communication

    • Communicate and execute global corporate and CSR programs and activities with guidance from HQ Facilitate and coordinate communication between HQ & SEA subsidiaries and implement solutions to enhance performance
    • Undertake other job and task related to the position even it is not specified in Job description

     

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or its equivalent
    • Min 6 to 8 years working experience in related industry (RHQ experience preferred)
    • Marketing experience in leadership and workshop facilitation skills
    • Skill for establishing marketing strategy
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving & negotiation skills
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
    • Able to travel overseas up to 50% of time
