Responsibilities

Sales Achievement

• Achievement of sales targets of assigned products for assigned markets

 

GTM Support to regional distributors

• Retail Price Management of assigned products in assigned markets
• PRM (Product roadmap management) for assigned products
• Sell-out management for assigned products
• Pricing Structure management
• POP management support
• Sales training management (perform training to distributors whenever required)

 

Forecast Accuracy

• Ensure the achievement of moving plan and forecast accuracy

 

AR Collection

• Ensure that all payment from customers are collected on time.

 

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Admin or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably with related experience in CE industry or have good knowledge of CE products
• Ability to multi task and work in fast pace working environment Independent, fast learner and excellent team player
• Meticulous and have strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
