  • Responsibilities

    • To represent as company’s B2B Sales & Marketing Professional in the B2B market
    • Sense Business Opportunities in medium to large-sized companies / Govt sectors & transportation and capture this BO into company’s BRM system diligently
    • Work closely with respective Business Unit Product Managers to propose various company’s Product/Solutions (such as visual products) to meet B2B Customer’s needs, primarily through Resellers/SI but other variable distribution channel should be explored and monitored.
    • Leverage partner's solutions and resources within the sales force including mapping of the sales organizations and assuring that the teams are working together on an updated pipeline of opportunities
    • Collaborate with BU PMs and leaders to plan, deliver and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each partner across targeted Verticals
    • Work with marketing to access current sales tools and drive the creation of new solutions
    • To establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new Enterprise Customers and Channel partners.
    • Opportunity to cover SEA market for specific product/business portfolio in the near future 

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Technical/Engineering/Marketing/Business or equivalent
    • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Consultative Selling or Direct Sales in IT Hardware/Pro-AV environment/industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills
    • Capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
    • Excellent understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, etc
    • Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts in a distributed environment.
    • Enterprise Customer Relationship Management expertise in technology vendor organizations would be essential
    • Have local contacts with MNC, GLC, Government agencies and other enterprises with an awareness of Govt tenders & corporate project environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
