  • Responsibilities

    To develop regional key accounts, manage large projects as well as building solution business ecosystems that add value to the organization and support the achievement of business objectives in Southeast Asia under direction of regional sales head and in partnership with key business leaders. Details as follows:-

    Regional Business Development

    • Identify and engage key accounts for the region
    • Develop new opportunities for the region
    • Develop channel programs for the region
    • Review subsidiary pipeline and provide sales support
    • Weekly pipeline meeting with subsidiaries

     

    Business Ecosystem building

    • Analyze trends and define key markets
    • Engage and identify channel partners for key markets
    • Build successful channel business partnership
    • Educate and share partners’ offering with subsidiaries

     

    Project Management

    • Collaborate with HQ and Subsidiary to develop large project
    • Pitch integrated solution and provide demonstration support
    • Prepare and present proposal for RFI/RFQ
    • Manage project delivery and signoff

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise account management and display solution partnership related experience (ProAV experience preferred)
    • Key account management and project management
    • ProAV and Display technology understanding
    • Standup training experience in event and workshop facilitation skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
    • Able to travel overseas up to 50% of time
