  • Responsibilities

    Responsible to lead strategic partnerships and initiatives in South East Asia. To work closely with SEA subsidiaries to drive growth, oversee daily operations, and launching campaigns. Details as follows:-

     

    Regional E-Commerce

    • Grow online sales and achieve sales target and profit margin
    • Lead subsidiaries to establish and manage monthly marketing activities for sales growth on relevant ecommerce platforms
    • Responsible for ecommerce store content improvement & user experience enhancement
    • Develop and implement marketing communication and ecommerce group strategies within Pan-Asia
    • Responsible for sales and marketing performance tracking and data quality control within organization
    • Identify and implement ecommerce process improvement through relevant industry and consumers / prosumer behavior analysis
    • Communicate with Pan-Asia regional ecommerce platform partners
    • Manage and maintain relationships with the business teams of SEA markets
    • Proactively research the latest Digital trends and find opportunities to improve implementation processes / strategies aligned with business goals
    • Development of digital media and e-commerce platforms in Asia

     

    Corporate Marketing

    • Organize quarterly top management meetings
    • Organize Pan-Asia business partners events
    • Identify best practice cases to evaluate with BP panel
    • Create monthly newsletters to introduce BP to Pan-Asia region

     

    Internal Communication

    • Execute sales and marketing activities in consensus with HQ
    • Coordinate between HQ & SEA subsidiaries to implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of ecommerce sales and marketing strategies

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Information Technology or its equivalent
    • Min 3 to 5 years ecommerce experience (B2C and B2B)
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in E-commerce and Digital platforms is a must
    • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Solid understanding of a broad range of Digital media channels and tactics
    • Proven ability to derive insights from data and present those insights to the company
    • Experienced and has understanding of sales, marketing and supply chain management processes
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Able to travel overseas up to 30% of time (expected between 5-8 days of travel monthly)
