Key Account Manager (FMCG- Modern Trade Experience)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To manage the assigned modern trade accounts
- To be accountable for delivering sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives
- To be able to do new product listing with each supermarket chain
- To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new product’s launching activities
- To be responsible for our product promotion’s proposal submission, negotiation and execution
- To liaise and negotiate with supermarket personnel for product’s display space and rental during promotion periods, and to improve visual merchandising of our products
- To propose and execute ways to expand product display for brand awareness in outlets
- To build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, outlet’s personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations e.g. stock ordering, replenishments, etc..
- To lead, supervise and manage our merchandising team to ensure the effectiveness of works
- To assist and resolve and enquiries/issues/complaints arising from the outlets & our merchandisers
- To analyze, evaluate and report to S&M Manager on competitor’s pricing, competitor’s activities, as well as customer feedback
- Maintain an up-to-date Daily/Monthly Sales report
- To perform any duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or higher education preferably in Business/Marketing/relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG Industry, modern trade with similar capacity required
- Willing to travel to assigned locations within Singapore
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to converse in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking associates
- Familiar with Singapore route
- Possess own vehicle with valid Class 3 license would be an advantage
- Salary depending on qualification and experience
