  • Responsibilities

     

    Sales

    • To identify opportunities in ACMV/HVAC project sales to provide one stop solutions for Home/Residential, Commercial/Industrial development
    • To establish rapport and maintain with potential and existing customers such as Property Developers/Owners, M&E Consultants, Main Contractors, Architects, Consultants and other government bodies.
    • To provide quotation & costing to customers and follow-up with project/execute the orders
    • To manage day-to-day operational aspects of a B2B business
    • Attend site meetings, customer complaints and follow-up with internal departments

     

    External Communication & Technical Support

    • To provide Spec-In design and technical assistance to Developers / Consultants for Tender
    • To create brand/ product awareness for Installer / Consultant / developer through presentations
    • To build rapport and maintain good relationship with direct and indirect customers

     

    Market Competition

    • To Provide competitive market information on product innovation and pricing
    • Understanding of competitors’ market activities and their target audience

     

    Internal Communication

    • To communicate with HQ for new product development and competitive pricing.

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
    • At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in project sales of building supplies
    • Excellent technical background with an aptitude towards project sales and business development.
    • Good knowledge of ACMV/HVAC & equipment
    • A proven track record of successful project sales business
    • Strong network with M&E consultants
    • Able to interpret M&E drawings include Architect design and provide Value Engineering alternative to secure projects
    • Able to understand and apply Green Mark solution for allprojects.
    • Well versed with the requirement & regulations for new projects
    • A Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM) would be an added plus point
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Computer literate
