  • Responsibilities

     

    Sales

    • Specialized in B2B for HVAC in Residential & Commercial & Industrial projects.
    • Contract and design for air-conditioning system.
    • Possess technical knowledge with an aptitude towards project sales and business development.
    • Establish rapport and maintain with potential and existing customers, architects, consultants and other government bodies.
    • To be able to close new projects and execute the orders with the help of the project team as per project schedules.
    • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a B2B business.
    • Building rapport and relationship building with direct and indirect customers.
    • Project Sales forecast weekly/monthly basis via GDMI
    • Project Pipeline management (weekly/monthly) basis

     

    Technical Support

    • Provide Heat load calculation for Air conditioning system.
    • Knowledge for Spec-In design and technical support to M&E contractors including Developers / Consultants for Tender
    • Create brand/ product awareness for contractors / consultants (Architect / M&E) including developers through regular product presentations.

     

    Project Delivery

    • Stock management / indent / PSI preparation (weekly)
    • Ensure smooth execution of project management (multiple project execution concurrently)

     

    Accounts Receivable

    • Ensure customer to clear payment on-time
    • AR & Credit Management (Monthly)

     

    Requirement

    • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
    • Min 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
    • Experience in project sales of building supplies
    • Knowledge of HVAC would be added advantage
    • A proven track record of successful project sales business
    • A team player with strong leadership skills and able to lead a project team
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
