Responsibilites:

• To review, evaluate and enhance secondary process workflow effectively.
• To establish root cause of the problem, implement improvement action plan and set up controls to monitor the progress.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors on product specifications and requirements.
• Implement improvement initiatives to achieve productivity and cost efficiency.
• To maintain machinery and equipment at optimal condition by introducing preventive maintenance program
• To lead the production team effectively to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent·
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with knowledge in plastic secondary process such as spray painting, printing, ultrasonic, heat-staking etc·
• Good communication skills
• Committed and self-motivated individual
• Can work independently as well as working in a team
