- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- 5 Day work @ Clark Quay Area

Job descriptions:
- Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts
- Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management report and statutory reporting
- Prepare reports for GST filing & government statistical reporting
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Posting of monthly revenue & cost accruals/adjusting entries
- Invoice customers and maintain sales report
- Monitor & maintain billable days/amount to customers as per contract/PO
- Prepare customers statement of accounts and highlight overdue invoices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar capacity preferably with IT or service industry
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualifications
- ACCA/CPA/CMA certification is an added advantage
- Proficiency in accounting system / MS Office applications (Word and advanced Excel)
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical
- Hands on and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be fluent in English
