Responsibilities

• Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical request.
• Support daily AV operations, break fix and business.
• Station at client site for day to day support as backfill for daily audio visual operation and event support.
• Assist on setup, trouble-shooting and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
• Compile and analyse weekly report, incident reports, service report submission.
• Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office and client site.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent 
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in operations or project support, video conferencing and/or onsite support audio-visual support
• Willingness to be stationed at client premises
