JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification such as CPA.
• 5 years relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in the shipping or oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of Accounting software such as Business Central will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with meticulous and good analytical.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Handle full spectrum of finance & accounting matters, including management report, taxation, budgeting, financial forecast and monthly accounts closing.
• Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors on related matters.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with banks on trade financing and facilities.
• Performs financial planning and control including budgeting and preparation of financial accounts and financial reporting and company trade facilities.
• Resposible for the financial systems of the company, the accounting processes, monthly and yearly closing processes, planning process and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies and corporate governance.
• To review, develop and implement proper guidelines, policies and procedures.
