    • Answer phone calls and ensures all service issues and requests are handled effectively.
    • Work closely with the AMS Team - (Application Management Services).
    • Responsible to process all AMS customer’s requests & handle customer inquiries on AMS matters, AMS report according to customer’s request or schedule, conduct periodic backup & archive customer’s history transactions and database.
    • To assist Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of AMS customer programming, downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Centre through dial-up modem.
