SERVICE ADVISOR

Below is the job description ;-

1. Diploma/Higher Nitec/GCE O or A Levels.
2. Good communication and writing skills.
3. Possess a valid class 3 driving license to TEST DRIVE customer cars.
4. Attend to customer’s vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical advices and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
5. Manage customer’s expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer’s demand.
6. Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective after-sales services.
7. Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer.
8. Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted.
9. Test drive with customer if necessary.
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned by Service Manager or Service Executive.

Working 6 days, alt. Saturday off, not working on Sunday.
8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
LOCATION OFFICE: HENDERSON INDUSTRIAL/REDHILL MRT
ASKING SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE with relevant experience.
AWS/FULL-TIME STAFF BENEFITS PROVIDED.
