  • Responsibilities

    To manage Corporate Business Performance on Sales, M/S, Inventory, and related KPIs by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly. Sales related pre-closing check and report. General expense budget management. To support and handle part of cost simulation. To support CFO/PDs for various report preparation. To drive initiatives with passion for target achievement and company success by adding value to organization. Details as follows:-

     

    Corporate Business Performance (Major: Sales related)

    • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales management (Most likely, Actual, MP, BP, Online) by product, market, country, currency, invoicing type.
    • Gap analysis on sales fluctuation & HQ figure checking.
    • Daily sales progress report
    • M/S data reporting periodically.
    • Inventory status reporting.
    • FX rate trend reporting
    • Maintain Sales related master files update and mapping check.

     

    Report compilation

    • Weekly CFO/AHQ Report
    • Online Sales & Cost Structure Report
    • Any Ad-hoc report from top management & HQ

     

    Operation Management

    • GBMS Expense management
    • Material cost simulation for model & market mix impact.
    • Sales closing check
    • R&R Sales mapping management

     

    Requirements

    • Degree in Management / Accounting / Finance /Mathematics or its equivalent
    • At least 2 years relevant working experience (MNC experience preferred)
    • Proficient & experienced in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook & MS Excel - i.e. Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, sumifs, offset)
    • Excellent communication in English & Korean (mandatory - spoken & written) to liaise with counterparts in Korea & preparation of various reports
    • Sensitive on numbers, and detail oriented
    • Good time/task/stress management
    • Ability to work independently and proactive way to communicate with each member
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • A faster learner and a team player, who is able work under pressure
