    Job Description/ Requirement:

    Requirements: Post Diploma And Above/5 Years In Managerial.


    Job Descriptions:

    • -Develop, standardize and implement HR Policies, Procedures and Systems, e.g. Training Bond, PR Application Bond, Re-employment Policy, etc.
      -Handle whole spectrum of recruitment process including job postings, onboarding of new hires, preparation of employment letters, salary adjustment letter, EP/SP/WP application, conducting orientation and training programs, etc.
      -Managing and enhance the HRIS system including time attendance, payroll and leave system.
      -Champion the onboarding process and program.
      -Maintain and enhance corporate and employee benefits programs, including compensation, all risk insurance, fire insurance, foreign worker medical insurance, work injury compensation, health insurance, safety and wellbeing, etc.
      -Coordinate with the Line Managers on the staffing plans and hiring needs.
      -Managing staff performance appraisal process such as KPI, training need and development programs.
    • -experience working in built & construction environment with foreign employees/workers
