    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and develop full spectrum of HR policies, training & development, recruitment process, etc.
    2. Managing staff performance appraisal process, conducting orientation and training programs, etc.
    3. Maintain and enhance corporate and employee benefits programs, including compensation, all risk insurance, fire insurance, foreign worker medical insurance, work injury compensation, health insurance, safety and wellbeing, etc.
    4. Managing and enhance the HRIS system including time attendance, payroll and leave system.
    5. Champion the on boarding process and program.
    6. Manage worker dormitory matters.


    Work Week
    5.5 Days, (Alternate Saturday).
    Location: Boon Lay
    Remuneration Package $Neg; Open for discussion during a face-to-face interview.
