• SALES COORDINATOR

Job Scope:

• Handle full set of sales process (quotation, follow up on sales prospects, issuing of sales order, shipping and export documentation.
• Manage and administer sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with freight forwarders on export freight rates and shipping arrangement.

Job Requisite:

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Business Studies
• 2 - 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in shipping, import/export documentation
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and proactive
• Fluent in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking customers)
• Knowledge of social media, e-commerce, website, etc.
