  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or above
    • With relevant experience, PC Literate
    • Able work independently, self motivated as well as a team.
    • Able to Start Work immediate

    DUTIES:

    1. Ensures all sales orders are entered in a timely manner
    2. Issue and process sales orders
    3. Generation, Checking & filing of Packing List, Invoices and delivery orders.
    4. Generate credit note,debit note or replacement note for goods returned, short bill, etc
    5. Liaise with customers and sales enquiries.
    6. Generate Sales report, update web order for new products and outlet.
    7. Check Inventory balance, Order office supplied
    8. Eorder, email, local purchase order
    9. Ad hoc duties
