Responsibilities

Duties including but not limited to the following :-

Operations in the store

• Administer KPI to ensure that set objectives are closely monitored and achieved.
• Manage staff performance, discipline, staff training, shift schedules
• Practice good safe work procedures, housekeeping, identify potential hazards and recommend improvements
• Implement agreed projects to further improve operation efficiency.
• Provide reports and requested information to management as needed
• Assist Operations Manager in managing operation efficiency.
  • Prepare Packing list for shipment (local or overseas)
  • Update Shipment report to monitor trending.
  • Ensure daily shipment arrived on-time
  • Perform Goods Receipt, ensure completeness
  • Perform Monthly distribution close (liaising with Finance)

Inventory Management

• Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory
  • Working closing with commercial team in new product launches
• Conduct cycle, stock counts, inventory adjustments, writeoff and disposal exercise
  • Conduct mthly count for consumables
  • Conduct Annual stock count
  • Conduct stock destruction and disposal
  • Plan & conduct Cycle count (twice/thrice per month)
• Ensure Stock availability & keeping stock level at optimum level
  • Monthly Demand & Replenishment fst submission for both AD & SG
  • Order placement also for VTS, Stock for Both AD & SG
  • Weekly stock replenishment
• Report inventory provision quarterly basis
• Suggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand.
• Anticipating stock demands based on current and future business function

Procurement

• Manage 3rd party vendor and purchases

• Replenishment for consumables and packing material

Manage the End to End of VTS process

• Manage VTS transactions such as SWAP, Loan process and documentation
• Arrange & liaise with local delivery for VTS as well as shipment to Germany
• Being part of GDPMDS audit team, ensuring compliance requirements are met

 

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or its equivalent
• At least 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management
• At least 2 years in a Supervisory position
• Experience working with Finance Team on month-end & year-end closing
• Good knowledge of logistics and inventory management
• Basic accounting/finance knowledge to facilitate monthly closing & stock reconciliation
• Good knowledge of logistics and inventory management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizing skills and detail oriented
• Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of service excellence
• Independent individual as well as a good team player who is able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
