Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Carry out inspections when required (according to ISO requirements) for works in progress, installations and deliveries to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied

Requirements

• Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably with supervising A&A works for residential, institutional and commercial developments
• Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills
