    1. Prepares Import, Export, and Cross Trade Customer Services and Sales Support to Customers.
    2. Attend to Customers' rates and service quotations inquiries.
    3. Co-ordinate with Network Agents to secure rates and charges.
    4. Co-ordinate with Customers to execute shipment.
    5. Take booking from Customers in IFMS from opening to closing of job file.
    6. Send instruction to Container Depot to release empty container to Customers.
    7. Creating Export shipping documents such as Bill Of Lading. Surrender BL, Switch BL, and others.
    8. Checking PortNet to confirm loading of shipment prior to releasing orignal BL to Customers.
    9. Follow-up with Customers to arrange delivery of Import Shipments including of payment of outstanding freights and charges.
    10. Up-selling of OV logistics freight forwarding services.
    11. Re-visit Customers.
    12. Update PortNet to release empty container.
    13. Monitor empty container inventory at Depot.
    14. Participate in project.
