Responsibilities

• To handle full set accounts and month end closing
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) process/postings
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
• To check & verify documents & bank reconciliations
• Preparation of management accounts for monthly review
• Support the team closely on all financial matters
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in full set of accounting  
• Analytical, meticulous, independent and a team player
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel - Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc)
• Familiar with SAP system will be an added advantage
• Hands-on and able to meet deadlines
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
