  • ​REQUIREMENTS

    • Good communication skills especially spoken and written English
    • Motivated and flexible individual with an exceptional multi-tasking ability
    • MUST be meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be a resourceful team-player
    • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage busy schedules, establish office systems, and the ability to work accurately and to consist of high-standards under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Strong ability and initiative to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

    DUTIES:

    • To support in the administration and processes within the Company
    • Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues
    • To support in coordinating tasks between departments internally
    • Attend meetings to take minutes when required
    • Maintain the smooth operation of the office.
    • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, when necessary.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by director
    • Handle properties issues.
