Responsibilities

• To assist in planning, organising and directing the overall warehouse operation/activities.
• To ensure timely fulfilment and cost effectiveness of goods delivery to Singapore outlets and overseas shipment to China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines and other required countries/entities
• Work closely with Purchasing, Retail, Wholesale and Export teams to ensure sufficient stock level in warehouse to meet sales demands
• Work closely with Product Development & Retail team on stock recall due to quality issue, wrong label and product storage requirement
• Manage storage area by organizing floor space and stocks, adhering to FEFO manner, AVA, HAS and workplace safety requirements
• Manage inventory accuracy by conducting monthly physical counts and reconcile variances
• Ensure proper product packing to minimize goods damage during transportation
• Coordinate home delivery from website order & special home delivery for VIP customers
• Check and ensure accuracy of all required documents for outbound shipment such as Shipment Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Contract Certification & COO to meet countries shipping requirements.
• Timely replenishment of direct/indirect materials necessary for warehouse operation (eg labels and carton boxes)
• Monitor product shelf life to minimize stock write-off due to expiry. Work closely with Finance team on stock disposable and write off
• To coordinate monthly mailer printing
• Responsible for training, coaching, counselling and disciplining of warehouse staffs
• Prepare and submit staff time sheet bi-monthly to HR
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and ensure WHS safety standards are met.
• To ensure proper maintenance is provided for in-house equipment & tools
• Maintain effective security measure to safe guard company’s stocks

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Logistics / Warehousing, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations
• At least 2 years in supervisory level
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
• Possess positive working attitude with initiative
• Able to communicate in both written and spoken English & Chinese due to liaison with Chinese speaking associates
• Strong leadership & analytical skill
• Pro-active & willingness to take on responsibilities
• Good knowledge and skills in MS Office & WMS
