Responsibilities

• Handling of recruitment
• Assist in interview arrangement for shortlisted candidates
• Online Work Pass processes including applications, renewal, cancellation, issuance and any follow up actions with the authorities and candidates/employees
• Handle on boarding of new staff & staff orientation
• Prepare and issue contracts of employment/LOA, engage with new recruits to prepare for their commencement
• Ensuring all relevant documentations are in place and verified
• Liaise with other departments to manage the onboarding of new employees, and ensuring that all databases and systems are updated accordingly.
• Other ad-hoc HR/admin duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level/NITEC/Diploma in HRM, Business Management. or its equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry
• Understanding and knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation
• Good communication (both verbal and written)
• Interpersonal, and presentation skills and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A well-organized team player, independent, reliable, resourceful individual who is willing to learn
• Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities
• Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office) & good knowledge in Times Software (preferably)
