Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science / IT or related fields.
• Able to be part of the dynamic team to bring the company to the new converged market.
• Must have  knowledge in IP, Internet, networking equipment.
• Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Handling company’s IT, Communication and PBX products
• Providing partners / customers technical support tickets, training and problem resolution either remotely or on-site.
• Testing of new products and releases (both HW and SW)
• Light coding and scripting under Linux and Windows environment
• Collaborate with -party vendors for integration testing and deployment.
• 5 Days work week
