  • REQUIREMENTS:

    With 2-3 years HR / Administrative experience. 
    Excellent in Excel/Office Automation tools. 

    DUTIES:

    Manage HR matters (IRAS, Recruitment, Insurance, Work Schedule, Leave Administration).
    -Able to manage and administer immigration matters (e.g. Application / Renewal Of Work Permit / Insurance). 
    -Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personal files.
    -Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the operations. 
    -Manage of job pass issue to worker from job site.
    -Update and Renew of SIC /SOC when expired.
    -Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
    -Generate of Purchase Order, Invoice & Delivery Order.
    -Update of Stock Inventory.
    -Request for quotation from forwarder for import shipment.
    -Monitoring of incoming shipment from local and overseas.
