  • Job Description
    • Lead and manage the Customer Service department.
    • Provide good customer service, handling incoming telephone call, customers inquiry and quotation/tenders.
    • Order processing, ensure timely delivery, prepare documentation for      delivery and invoicing.
    • Liaise with customers, sales team, logistics company and production personnel on delivery and documentation issues.
    • Resolve customer service issues, supervise team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
    • Maintain, file and update customers’ record and price list, ensuring company database is updated.
    • Preparation weekly and monthly reports.
    • Manage customer or company vendor registration.
    • Handling reception and administration activities such as filing, stationery, office supplies, equipment etc.
    • Manage office filing system including quotations, tenders and company documentation.
    Job Requirements
    • Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec or Diploma.
    • Proficient in MSOffice (e.g. Word and Excel)
    • At least 2-4 years of customer service experience.
