• Min N/O/A Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or it's equivalent
• Min 1-2 years in the related field is required
• Knowledge in MS Office:  Words & Excel
• Software : ERP Inventory System (will be guided)
• Provide sales support to customers
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries
• Delivery arrangement
• Issue invoices, D/O and enter sales orders
• Get shipment quotation
• Liaise with forwarder on shipment
• Able to handle L/C
• Provide sales and admin support
• Able to speak and write English
• Able to commence work with short notices.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers.
