Responsibilities

• To take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical request.
• To supervise and assist in the setup, trouble-shooting and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
• To perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipments are ready for use
• To be responsible in identifying defective or failed equipment and to resolve issues when arise
• To compile and analyse weekly report, incident reports, service report submission.
• To manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office and client site.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in operations or project support, video conferencing and/or onsite support audio-visual support
• Ability to oversee AV related testing and troubleshooting for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers and LCD/Plasma Displays
• Able to take ownership with decisive action to restore services
• Ability to work in a high-pressure situation with tight deadlines
• A good team leader with excellent organizational skills
