REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum GCE "O" level.
With 2-3 years' experience in customer service/ sales coordinator
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).

DUTIES:

Handles customer enquiries/ orders mostly through emails (deal with overseas customers).
Coordinate with intercompany/ suppliers to arrange shipments.
Prepare quotations/ proforma invoice/ order confirmation.
Entering the orders into our in-house system other ad-hoc tasks relates to sales.
