  • Responsible for answering customer enquiries and admin marketing of company's business services.
     rovide administrative and general services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.


    • To attend to telephone and email enquiries with regards to the facilities and services.
    • To collect deposits, rent and relevant charges, issue pin number / access cards, issue sales invoices and official receipts. data entry tenants’ details,  preparing bank in slips for cash and cheque payments.
    • To attend to handover and takeover of premises when required.
    • To ensure proper filing of customers' records.
    • Take charge of reception counter duties.
    • Receive, sort and dispatch letters / packages.
    • To generate monthly reports for Management.

    Monthlly salary + allowances + bonus + staff benefits.

    Working Hours:
    5.5 days work week in the office
     Mon-Sat; 9-6pm, 9-1 pm.

    Company staff transport pick-up at MRTs.
