• Min 5-10 Years of executive management. Experience in manufacturing or service industry required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Direct plan, and implement policies objectives and activities of organizations or business to ensure continuing Operations , to maximize returns on investments and to increase productivity.
• Identify and lead new business opportunities and R&D.
• Implement Corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems.
• Negotiable or approve contracts or agreements with customers , suppliers , distributors , or other organizational Entities.
• Oversea activities directly related to making products or providing services.
• Promotes organization in industry , manufacturing or trade associations.
• Provide strategic focus on maximizing field service , sales engineering project management, training to maximize scope , sales , and profitability.
• Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans.
• Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company and its staff in meeting objectives , and to determine areas of potentials cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
• Develops management talents necessary to obtain short and long range goals by effective direction, counselling, and training according to an overall manpower plan. Approves or recommends approval of the organization plan. Approves or recommends approval of the organization structure and manning requirements.
